"Your Body Runs on Mitochondria - Just Like a Car Runs On Fuel"


Think of your body like a hybrid car. A hybrid car has two power sources- gasoline and electricity- and it needs both working smoothly to run efficiently. If the fuel is contaminated or the battery is drained, the car sputters, stalls, and eventually breaks down.


Your body works the same way.

Deep inside nearly every cell are tiny structures called mitochondria- your body's engine, just as gasoline and electricity power a car, mitochondria convert the food you eat into the energy your body needs to think clearly, regulate your mood, balance your blood sugar, keep your heart beating, and fight off disease.


HERE IS THE CATCH:

Your brain is the most fuel-hungry organ you have. Even though it's only about 2% of your body weight, it burns through 20% of your total energy.

That means when your mitochondria are not running well, your brain feels it first- as BRAIN FOG, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, OR EMOTIONAL BURNOUT.
